Brand:Core Separations
Description Specifications

Our extraction systems are available in sizes ranging from 100mL to 10L, with operating pressures up to 689bar.

Designed for flexibility, they support flow rates from 5g/min to 1kg/min, making them suitable for both small-scale

research and pilot-scale production.

Systems can be configured as either supercritical (electrically heated) or subcritical (heated and cooled using a thermal fluid), depending on

the application requirements. Fractionation is enabled through a pressure gradient across up to three collection vessels,

allowing for selective compound separation.

Each system can include flow meter-based control of the CO₂ pump to ensure consistent delivery, and

a co-solvent pump for introducing more polar solvents to fine-tune the CO₂ polarity.

Core

  • Temperature can reach 150℃, with precise control of the actual temperature of the fluid inside the reactor.
  • Pressure can reach 1000 BAR.
  • The extraction reactor can reach 10L.
  • The CO2 pump flow rate can reach 1000g/min.
  • The pump features an advanced cooling chamber design.
  • Cyclone separation with flexible collection methods: solvent direct collection, liquid nitrogen collection, cold nitrogen collection, solid-phase extraction column collection, etc., ensuring high-efficiency collection of target products.
  • Additives can be added (the pressure of the additive pump is 689 bar).
  • Standard configuration includes one extraction and one separation mode, with cyclone separation design. Optional multi-stage separation modules can be added, with up to 3 additional cyclone separators.
  • CSI is a leader in supercritical technology. We provide advanced supercritical and subcritical fluid (SCF) extraction systems, fully utilizing the potential of carbon dioxide as a solvent.]
